"This Starbucks location off of Northwest Expressway is always well staffed and very efficient. The drive-through can get a little backed up into the parking lot, but they do a great job of getting people through the line. It is located perfectly off the highway for easy access. The employees are always very respectful and kind."

"I love this location. They are open late, until 11 PM on weekdays and midnight on weekends, are very sweet and extremely accommodating. Yes you will pay a little bit more for your coffee at Starbucks. Yes it is nice if you tip. You get what you pay for here. If I want something different with my drink, anything from the temperature to the ingredients, they are generally more than happy to help you out. They are enthusiastic about educating you after the various drinks and food items and seemed genuinely happy to be at work most of the time. It is my pleasure to support a business like this. This location is a little bit busier than most as they are across the street from hospital and on a major expressway. Plan accordingly and you won’t be disappointed. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes. If you do have an issue, please bring it up to them. I’m sure they’d be happy to help."
